MY  STORY

     As far back as I can remember I have always had a creative eye. My parents thought I would become some sort of artist because I was always drawing and working with my hands, which they always promoted by buying me art supplies. I also have a love for fast cars.  In high school, I studied auto mechanics and majored basically in shop classes.

     From what I'm told, my first cooking experience began at age six.  My parents said I stood on a chair to cook myself breakfast.  My passion for cooking developed from my Dad who liked to experiment  and prepare foods from all over the world.  I always enjoy entertaining and cooking for large crowds. 

     Over the course of my forty years working in restaurants I picked the brains of every Chef I met.  I asked a lot of questions then go home to conduct my own experiments where I developed my own style of cooking. 

     My latest interest is in sous vide cooking, which in French means "under vacuum".  I am learning this to be an effective method to cook meat and fish because its proved to cook perfectly with just a good searing at the end.  It has been a great new twist to the conventional style of cooking.  

     I take my work seriously and I take pride in what I do.  I look forward to serving your guests and providing the best possible experience.
